Behind the Bar at Wahlburgers!

We recently had the opportunity to head behind the bar at Wahlburgers with Derek & Mackenzie to make (and taste!) two of their popular summer cocktails – the Pineapple Coconut Crush and the Endless Summer.  It may be late-August but here in New England  but we are not ready to give up on Summer just yet, and we can certainly get on board with the “endless summer” mentality.

So don’t wait and head on into Wahlburgers to try one of these tasty summer cocktails. Rum or Vodka not our liquor of choice?  No worries, Wahlburgers has a full bar menu and can whip up whatever you’re craving.

Pineapple Coconut Crush

1.5 oz Rumhaven Rum

.5 oz Crème de Banana

.5 oz Blue Curacao

2 squeezes of a lime

3 oz of pineapple juice

Endless Summer

1.5 oz Bar Vodka

3 oz Pineapple Juice

1 oz Strawberry Syrup

We hope to be drinking these far into September before the pumpkin spice craze is bound to take over. Warning, upon tasting we were immediately dreaming of Carribean beaches and warm, sunny days!
