Police Seeking Information in Hit & Run Pedestrian Crash

Hingham, MA - Police are investigating a hit and run crash that left a jogger with serious injuries Monday night on Lincoln St. Police are seeking information about the vehicle and driver.

On Monday, December 21, 2020 at 7:24pm a 28 year old woman jogging in the southbound lane of Lincoln Street (residential section) near #148 was struck from behind by a vehicle. The woman was transported by ambulance with serious but non life-threatening injuries. The vehicle would have a broken right (passenger side) headlight. The vehicle did not stop and continued southbound on Lincoln St. toward North St. and Hingham Square.   1. The victim spent Christmas in the hospital with serious injuries that will require a second operation and a long recuperation. She was left on the street in the snow. Someone must have a clue as to who the driver was. If so, please come forward.
