Yesterday, Brian Cavanaugh, a Hingham Resident and local mortgage lender, teamed up with The Hingham Anchor team to bring some luck of the Irish to the Hingham community in honor of St. Patrick’s Day. The team popped up with Bob Cameron, an Irish piper, to play the a few Irish jigs in neighborhoods around Hingham.

“This was a really fun way to bring some joy to the community,” shared Brian Cavanaugh. “It’s been a tough year and we wanted to something festive for St. Patrick’s Day while keeping everyone safe close to home. With the beautiful weather, the luck of the Irish was on our side and the sounds of the bagpipes carried throughout each neighborhood for people to enjoy.”

“Many thanks to the Hingham community for strictly adhering to social distance guidelines and making it not only fun but safe in each neighborhood we visited - we could still tell you were smiling beneath your masks. Sláinte to that,” the Hingham Anchor Team.
