at Atlantic St Playground, Hull at 12 pm
Every year the community comes out to clean up the trash along the banks of the Weir River and Straits Pond.
Get a group together and go to a station throughout the
watershed to help to keep plastic from ending up in the ocean!
Clean up stations include:
Weir River Estuary Center in Hull
Wadleigh Park in Cohasset and around Straits Pond
Amonte Meadow (Rockland and Kilby St), Foundry Pond, and Triphammer Pond in Hingham
Trash bags provided at Weir River Estuary Center, Wadleigh Park (intersection of Forest Ave, Atlantic Ave and Jerusalem Rd) and 147 Atlantic Av in Hull
Wear gloves, boots and bring a rake or grabber.
Bring trash to Atlantic Ave before noon and get a FREE Nona’s Ice Cream – Thank You Nona’s!
