Rubel, Todd of Hingham, died February 8, 2023. He was 47.
Todd was a kid at heart. He loved laughing and making others around him laugh from his wit and humor. Todd was the kind of dad that would come home from work and immediately get down on the ground to play with his kids. Todd was a child of the 80’s and he loved watching movies, especially from the MCU, with his family and friends. Todd was an animal lover, he loved spending time with his dog Marty and watching animal videos online.
Todd loved being a dad and devoted his time to support his children; he was always up front at AJ’s band concerts, he always had a fresh complement for JAR’s latest artwork and was always cheering Anna on from the side of the field.
Todd loved working with computers and helping others. He graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a degree in Computer Science and spent his career working in IT in many different companies. In his last and favorite role, he worked for Talbots as Senior Manager of End User Support.
Todd was dearly loved by his parents Steve and Marily Rubel of Hartsdale, NY and his brother Marc Rubel and his wife Kim, and their family from Southbury, CT. Todd was a loving husband and father to Dory and their children Arthur “AJ” (17), Julia “JAR” (17) and Anna (12). Todd and Dory made a home for their family in Hingham, MA with their dog, Marty.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Monday, February 13, 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A – Bicknell Square). Funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11 AM in McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea St. (off Rt. 3A-Bicknell Sq.), Weymouth.
