This past Saturday gave us hope that really nice weather is ahead, but unfortunately, it’s not here for good just yet.

This upcoming week will be cool and somewhat unsettled.

Cool and Cloudy Start to the Week

Monday will only see daytime temperatures in the 40s thanks to a cool wind off of the ocean. We’ll also be fighting lots of clouds and some occasional mist or showers.

Break Mid-Week

The nicest weather this week will likely come Tuesday into Wednesday.

These days will feature temperatures in the low to middle 50s, and at least some partial sunshine.

More and more flowers will start to bud as the sun pokes out, especially after some wet weather to start the week.

Wet Again Late Week

Thursday into Friday brings a return to more clouds, and likely a period of wet weather.

A system will be rotating in from the west, and it looks like it may sit and spin over New England very slowly.

Because of that, daytime temperatures in this timeframe will likely be back down into the upper 40s to around 50.

Hingham, and the entire South Shore, is currently labeled “abnormally dry”, so we actually could use some of the rain that this system likely brings late week.
