Warmest Day to Start the Week

Monday, by far, will be the warmest day of the week. Daytime high temperatures will soar into the 70s with a good deal of sunshine during the first half of the day. More clouds will develop during the afternoon, and there may be a brief spot shower.

A cold front will then bring sharply cooler air for the rest of the week.

Showers Tuesday

Tuesday is sort of our transition day to the cooler air. As that change takes place, expect more clouds and scattered showers during the day.

Daytime high temperatures will be in the low 70s.

Crisp Air Follows

Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday will feel downright cool.

Each morning will start in the upper 40s and low 50s, so the kids will need a sweatshirt at the bus stop.

By afternoon temperatures will only rebound into the low and middle 60s!

We'll have a mixture of sun and clouds each day, but because of the cool air over the top of us, the atmosphere will be rather unstable. That may produce some dark bellied clouds during the afternoon, some of which will produce a quick passing shower.
