Julie Strehle has collected and returned the signatures necessary to be placed on the ballot for the Select Board race. Her decision to run has been driven and shaped by her involvement and pride in the Town of Hingham, from recent years of experience serving on the Town’s Advisory Committee (Chair in the final year) and the Community Preservation Committee (Chair), her experience as a volunteer in town organizations for more than twenty years, and as a proud parent of two graduates of the Hingham Public Schools.
Julie is working with a group of Campaign Advisors who represent broad support for her three main areas of focus: a commitment to communication and partnership between the Town government and its residents and volunteers; continued investment in sustainable and supportive infrastructure; and fiscally responsible progress in delivering Town services.
