Hingham Wrestling goes 2-1 in Competitive Weekend Matches

In three close matches over the weekend, the wrestling team came out with two victories and a loss bringing their season record to 15-3-1.

Hingham showed up with hard fought matches against Plymouth South, North Attleboro, and Brockton. Each team brought the intensity and it was a close call.

Hingham beat Plymouth South 37-31 with pins from freshman Matthew Botello, senior captain Jasper Henly, junior Jack Kelleher, and senior Aiden Parker.
Hingham beat North Attleboro 43-31 with pins from freshmen Ian Prebble and Matthew Botello, senior captain Jasper Henly, senior captain Kyle Gidman, junior Jack Kelleher, and senior Jackson Tedeschi.
Hingham falls to Brockton 36-39 with pins from freshman Matthew Botello, senior captain Kyle Gidman, and juniors Jack Kelleher and Sam Oppresidano.
