Fusion Academy Hingham has been awarded accreditation by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), a significant milestone that recognizes the school’s commitment to academic excellence and continuous improvement. The school’s one-to-one teaching model and individualized approach to learning was recognized through the rigorous accreditation process.

Fusion Academy Hingham was the only school to receive accreditation during this accreditation cycle, highlighting the strength of its educational program and its dedication to student success. “Receiving NEASC accreditation is an incredible honor for our campus,” said Chris Gathman, Head of School at Fusion Academy Hingham. “This accreditation reinforces what makes Fusion Academy Hingham different. Our one-to-one model allows us to truly know each student and create a personalized education built around their goals, strengths, and needs.”

Fusion Academy Hingham serves students in grades 6–12 through its signature one-to-one teaching model, with one teacher and one student in every classroom. This individualized approach allows students to learn at their own pace, build meaningful relationships with their teachers, and gain the confidence to succeed both academically and personally.

NEASC accreditation is awarded following a rigorous review of a school’s educational programs, leadership, and commitment to continuous improvement.
“This achievement belongs to our entire school community,” Gathman added. “We appreciate our students, families, and team of teachers for making Fusion Academy Hingham a place where personalized learning ensures students find success.
