Summer is flying by but there’s still time to start a workout program that works for you. South Shore Health’s Center for Physical Wellness offers a wide variety of fitness classes — on land and in the water — that can help you build muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance, boost energy and improve flexibility.
Led by exercise therapists in small group settings, the classes are suited to all ability levels with convenient evening and hybrid sessions available. Try a class for free and when you find the right fit, enjoy 10% off through the end of August.
