Weymouth-based gym and sports medicine clinic joins Anchor Sports to recognize the achievements of local athletes
The Hingham Anchor is excited to announce a new partnership with Nothing Stronger, a Weymouth-based gym and sports medicine clinic that will serve as the official sponsor of the Hingham Anchor’s Athlete of the Week feature.
The partnership brings together two organizations with a shared commitment to the local community and a passion for supporting student-athletes. Through Athlete of the Week, The Hingham Anchor and Anchor Sports recognize the dedication, hard work and accomplishments of Hingham’s student-athletes, highlighting the individuals who make a difference for their teams and the community.
For Nothing Stronger owner Tim Concannon, the partnership is an opportunity to celebrate the next generation of local athletes while supporting a community that values their achievements.
“We decided to partner with The Hingham Anchor because we’re passionate about highlighting the hard work of our local athletes,” Concannon said. “Community is at the heart of what we do at Nothing Stronger, and we want to help give these kids the recognition they deserve. We have a dedicated athlete training facility built to serve athletes, as well as a Sports Medicine clinic that addresses the root of the issue so you can get back out there with your team.”
Bridging the Gap Between Rehabilitation and Training
Tim and his wife, Jenn Concannon, built Nothing Stronger around a straightforward mission: help people get stronger, improve their performance and stay healthy.
Located in Weymouth, Nothing Stronger offers a training environment designed for both adults looking to improve their overall health and athletes seeking to take their performance to the next level. Unlike traditional gyms that often rely on larger group workouts, Nothing Stronger limits its training groups to six people or fewer, allowing for a more personalized approach.
The small-group personal training model gives members the individual attention they need to work toward their goals with programs tailored to their abilities and needs.
The facility also houses Nothing Stronger Sports Medicine, a clinic led by Dr. Jenn Concannon, Doctor of Athletic Training. The clinic provides evaluations, individualized treatment plans and care designed to address the underlying causes of injuries and help athletes safely return to competition.
The Concannons created the business to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and strength training, combining their background in injury prevention and management with a personalized approach to fitness. The goal is to help members build strength and athletic ability while minimizing the risk of injury.
Whether an athlete is working to improve speed, strength and overall performance or recovering from an injury, Nothing Stronger offers an environment focused on helping individuals reach their goals.
Investing in the Local Community
Supporting local athletes is a natural extension of the Concannons’ commitment to their community. By sponsoring Athlete of the Week, Nothing Stronger will help The Hingham Anchor continue to
recognize student-athletes for their accomplishments, leadership and contributions to their teams.
“We are excited about the opportunity to shine a local light on athletes who are doing an amazing job!” the Nothing Stronger team shared.
The partnership reflects the mission of Anchor Sports to tell the stories of local athletes and celebrate the achievements that make high school sports such an important part of the community.
The Hingham Anchor looks forward to working with Nothing Stronger to spotlight the athletes who represent Hingham with pride, dedication and sportsmanship.
