The Guesthouse in Downtown Hingham is now offering a clean and safe workspace for rent on a weekly basis. The office rental will be available Monday through Friday, week to week, now through August 31st. Due to the COVID-10 pandemic, The Guesthouse made a decision on March 14th to close its retail doors and will remain closed for retail purposes until September 2020.
“Like many small businesses, we needed to become creative on how to keep our business open and utilize our space in this new environment. We thought renting the space as a quiet place to work was the right direction,” shared Heather Schuhwerk, co-owner of The Guesthouse.
The rate is $150 per week with a two-person maximum to provide plenty of space for safe social distancing. The rental fee also includes WIFI.
“For the last two years, Heather and I met at The Guesthouse every Monday. And we loved it. It was quiet and clean - we could get so much more done there than at home. We knew how much we enjoyed it, and so we saw this as an opportunity to offer this to our community,” said Annie Pratt, co-owner of the Guesthouse.
