Ben Moore’s Stonington Gray is definitely a personal favorite. Works in so many different types of rooms. Crisp and clean and feels good. (Photographer @alissacole)

My two go-to grey paints are Benjamin Moore Classic Grey. I love how light and airy it is, especially with a crisp white trim. (Photographer @alissacole) http://www.deliciousdesignshome.com

For a more dramatic grey I love to use Benjamin Moore Wool Peacoat. This is truly stunning on kitchen cabinets. Both lower and upper if you really want to be bold. Or I love seeing this in a mudroom with gorgeous slate floors. (image courtesy of Pinterest)

Julie Driggs and Beth Koyce from Blue Marin Home:

When a client is asking for gray, we suggest Classic Gray by Benjamin Moore. It’s a beautiful light neutral with soft beige undertones. We love it because it never reads too “cold” or “icy” and it keeps the space feeling light and airy. To us, it is the perfect all around color that works almost everywhere. We recently used it in a project where we added a fun pop of color on the door. I think it made us fall in love with the color all over again!

Julie Nussbaum Interiors:

By far, my favorite grey is a color by C2 called Vancouver Day. It's a warm grey that can look like a true grey or slightly blue or green depending on the lighting. It's a color I use often when there is a continuous space to paint and one room bleeds into another. It's quite versatile and the nice thing about C2 paint is the colors are highly saturated so the paint has a lot of depth to it.

Allison Mattison from Trellis Home Design:

While I am primarily known for my use of color, I do often love a good neutral on the walls so that I can layer color throughout the room. Even my neutrals tend to have a tint of color, though, and I love greys with a hint of blue. In this project we used Benjamin Moore Silver Mist 1619 which took on more of a blue undertone in this room with the light, and worked beautifully with pops of brighter blue and orange!

Christine van der Kieft from van der Kieft Designs:

Benjamin Moore’s Classic Gray: I love it because this subtle and calming shade can pair with warmer or cooler tones. The “Classic” holds true, this color is not a trendy choice!
