PHOTOS: Harbormen Come Ready To Play in First Round Win

Senior captain and Harbormen quarterback Jake Varholak continues to rely on his leadership and experience in big games with another impactful performance in last night’s win with 164 passing yards, 3 passing TD, 54 rushing yards and a rushing TD.

Hingham Harbormen took the opening drive the length of the field and never looked back.  They scored on their first three possessions and headed into the second quarter with a 22-0 lead over Minnechaug in last night’s Round of 16 Division 3 playoff game.  It was a full team effort in the 36-14 win.

They will next face Malden Catholic, who defeated Marshfield 28-21 in a stunning upset last night.  The Round of 8 game will be played on Friday night at Hingham High at 7:00pm.
