Mark Tocchio of Boston has joined DTM Law in Hingham as an associate attorney, representing clients in land use, litigation, real estate development, and business law. He also has trial experience with private clients and municipalities in state and federal courts.
Tocchio previously practiced at KP Law in Boston, where he represented municipalities in all aspects of litigation and land use law. He also has government experience working for federal and state agencies, as well as serving as a legislative staff member in the U.S. Congress.
The Hingham native is a graduate of the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., where he was an editor for the Catholic University Law Review.
Tocchio is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and is admitted to the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts.
