Hingham Light Launches Customer Satisfaction Survey

The Hingham Municipal Lighting Plant (HMLP) is inviting residential customers to participate in its 2025 Customer Satisfaction Survey. The digital survey will remain open for the next few weeks and is being conducted in partnership with GreatBlue Research, Inc., an independent market research firm.

The goal of the survey is to better understand how HMLP is serving the community, identify areas for improvement, and gather customer feedback on service satisfaction, communication preferences, and interest in utility programs.

“We’re proud to be a public power utility owned by the community we serve,” said Tom Morahan, HMLP General Manager. “Customer feedback is essential to ensuring we meet your needs today and plan effectively for tomorrow.”
