Hingham Farmers Market Winter Season Opening January 3rd, 10 AM to 1 PM

January 2, 2026 Submitted by The Hingham Farmers Market

The Hingham Farmers Market Winter Season officially kicks off on Saturday, January 3, at the Wompatuck State Park Visitor Center. Don’t let the cold stop you from coming. Bundle up and see what vendors are part of the 2026 Winter Season.

There are hearty outdoor vendors but also step inside to find fresh, quality produce from our dedicated farm vendors. Aeonian Farms, run by Kate Getz and Andrew Ashbrook, offers an array of fresh produce perfect for the season like celeriac and unbelievable radishes. Teal Farms, with Sybil Krawczyk and David Sanders, will be stocked with winter squashes and hearty root vegetables. Freitas Farm, a trusted vendor from many Summer Market seasons, joins the Winter Season for the first time. These farm vendors are part of the 26 talented artisans and specialty food creators who will be with HFM every Saturday to keep your pantry stocked with fresh, local foods.

New Vendors for the Winter Season

HFM is excited to welcome new vendors to our Winter Season.

  • Better Days Bagels is a new addition, owned by a mother-and-daughter team, Gabrielle and Lisa, who turned their passion for baking into a way to create brighter days for themselves and others with their delicious bagels.
  • Galley Provisions offers Brazilian cheese bread. This product is frozen and easy to heat and place fresh on your table.
  • RRBBQ or Righteous Ralph’s Barbecue Sauce – Jason Bregoli has created his own small batch sauce with its own unique and bold flavors

Familiar Vendors
The Wompatuck State Park Visitor Center offers a cozy atmosphere to shop and discover unique artisan products. Familiar vendors like Lindsay Local and Farmhouse Baking will find a way to keep your sweet tooth satisfied.  Hale Bone Broth will be on hand for gut and heart health. Come get your fresh eggs, chicken and beef from Copicut Farms.  Elizabeth Frary and her team are ready with full coolers. Pocasset Naturals was started by a teacher, Stephanie Brandt.  She makes her own scented soaps and lotions.

Visit the Market
Hired in June 2025, Penny Randlett, Market Manager, is working with vendors to schedule them for the 13 market Saturdays. She is looking forward to her first Winter Season. “Coordinating all the interested vendors with their various dates to serve the community is a fun puzzle to put together. We are ready to go and I can’t wait for the market to begin.”

Bev Vernon, President of HFM is thrilled with Penny and her organizational skills. The market continues to thrive and even more support is needed, shares Bev:  “It would be great to also have an Assistant Market Manager who can help with the newsletter, database entry, and social media. Much of the job can be done at home.”  Please email info@hinghamfarmersmarket.org with your resume if you are interested. Vernon continues to share, “Volunteers to help with parking on market day would also be appreciated. Wompatuck can get busy with bikers and other outdoor activities so please be patient with parking.”

The Hingham Farmers Market looks forward to welcoming you to the 2026 Winter Season, every Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm. Come enjoy a walk, then shop at the Visitor Center and warm up by the cozy fire. HFM vendors are set up both indoors and outdoors.

Sign up for our newsletter at hinghamfarmersmarket.org for a weekly vendor list and market happenings. We are proud to offer SNAP recipients up to a $20 match each Saturday, generously supported by Hingham Institution for Savings and The Fruit Center Marketplace.
