Hingham Light will host a community open house Saturday, Oct. 4, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 31 Bare Cove Drive in celebration of Public Power Week.
The event will feature decorating a free pumpkin, test driving electric vehicles and bikes, the opportunity to climb aboard a bucket truck, meeting HMLP lineworkers, face painting, music, refreshments, and more.
The entire community is invited to participate.
