The 2025 Old Ship Plant Sale will take place this year on Saturday May 17th from 9am to 1pm. The plant sale will be held on the lawn in front of the historic Old Ship Meeting House at 90 Main Street. Please park along Main Street and select your plants and we will help you load your car.
This will be a particularly busy day in downtown Hingham because of the Hingham Historical Society’s Rev250 activities happening at the same time as the plant sale. There is limited parking at the top of the hill for those who need accessible parking. We will have a beautiful array of healthy perennials dug from local gardens. All plants are labelled with photos so you can imagine what each flower will look like in your yard.
We will also have some annuals for sale and a small collection of nice pots, some garden ornaments, decorations, and small statues as well as bags of composted horse manure for sale to benefit your garden soil. We accept cash, checks or credit cards and all proceeds benefit the First Parish in Hingham, a Unitarian Universalist Church.

I’d be willing to give tomatoes out for free next year in front my house. Still have cherry tom to give out.
