It is a privilege to work with Joe as we continue advancing our efforts to enhance the lives of the individuals served by RTR.”

Harold is a Master Plumber, Master Pipefitter Unrestricted, Master Gas Fitter, Master Refrigeration Technician, Master Oil Burner Technician, and holds OSHA 30 Certification, and NFPA Hot Work Safety Certification.
