Helen S. Hobbs of Hingham passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on May 24, 2021 at her daughterâs home in Scituate.
Predeceased by her husband of 60 years Rod Hobbs, she is survived by her daughter Wendy (John Pollets), son Matthew (Tamera), beloved grandchildren Mara Pollets, Brynn Waltman (Brandon), Ian Hobbs, sisters Jane Foote, Laurie Frank, Lois (Jim) Johnson and nieces and nephews. Helen was born in Pittston, PA, lived in Middletown, NY and spent the last 25 years in Hingham, MA.
She loved nothing more than building memories with family and her many dear friends, a good sale at Talbots, and a gin martini with rocks on the side â âyou get more gin that wayâ.
