DESCRIPTION:Submitted by David Barrett \nI will be presenting at the Hingham Library this two part series explaining how\, with Churchills support\, the British efforts at destroying the Nazi tyranny of WWII resulted in the victory of the Allies in 1945. In particular\, I will examine the formation of a very secret organization\, the Special Operations Executive (SOE) and some examples of specific operations that took place in occupied Europe. The presentation will be at 10.30am on both October 21st and 22nd in the Whiton Room. \nThis follows my presentation two years ago of Britains War which was also at the Hingham Library
