Included in the teleconference session, Joan Endyke, MS..RD .LDN., will describe and interpret each section of the updated food label. She will highlight what has changed in 2020 and explain how to use the food label to healthy choices. In order to follow along with Joan, attendees are encouraged to bring a food label to the session. Questions and answer session to follow based on time limitations.
